Anuradha Dassanayaka is a Human Resources Generalist with over a decade of experience across BPO, Trading and Real Estate sectors. Her diverse industry exposure has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of HR practices, from recruitment, employee engagement, employee upskilling to policy development and performance management.
Anuradha began her career in the trading industry and moved to WNS Sri Lanka, where she gained valuable experience in BPO and managing HR functions in a fast-paced, multinational environment. She later expanded her career into the Real Estate sector, where she has been instrumental in implementing HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Anuradha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her academic background provided her with a strong foundation in organizational behaviour, strategic HRM, labour law, and industrial relations, all of which have supported her success in the workplace.
With a decade of hands-on experience, Anuradha is passionate about building strong HR frameworks, fostering employee development and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.
