Aushadi is a HR professional with a proven track record of over 13 years in leading and optimizing human resources processes within conglomerates in Sri Lanka. Currently serving as the Manager – Human Resources at Hayleys Business Solutions International Pvt. Ltd (HBSI).
Aushadi embarked on her HR journey with Deloitte, where she honed her skills and understanding of HR dynamics. Her journey continued with John Keells Office Automation (JKOA), a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings. Notably, Aushadi was involved in the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Implementation project during her tenure at JKOA. After joining HBSI, she played a key role in the successful implementation of the Oracle HRIS Project, leveraging her expertise to enhance data management and operational efficiency. At HBSI, Aushadi holds a pivotal role in overseeing key operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, exit management, employee recognition, employee engagement, and employer branding.
She holds a Masters in Labour Relations & HRM, a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations & HRM from the University of Colombo, and a Professional Qualification in HRM from the esteemed Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM).
