With over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services, Banking and Corporate Finance industries, Dilantha is a finance professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry.
His multi-dimensional, domain acumen spreads over Life Insurance, Private Equity/Mortgage, Fund Administration, Business Process Transformation and Risk & Governance in several organizations.
Dilantha was responsible for onboarding, setting up and managing operations for Life Insurance and Fund Service Clients in Financial Reporting and Accounting and Valuations in multiple regions covering Europe and Asia in WNS and HSBC.
Dilantha started his career in finance in Virtusa, in 2009 and stepped into to BPM industry in 2010 with WNS and moved on from HSBC GSC as an Assistant Vice President in 2023, and has recently taken over the Deputy General Manager role in HBSI.
Dilantha holds multiple professional accounting memberships and affiliations with CIMA, CGMA, ACCA, CPA and CPM. Additionally, he’s certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Kaizen with Transformation projects.
