Rajika currently serves as the General Manager of the Finance & Accounting Operation at Hayleys Shared Services and has been with Hayleys over ten years. She is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the fields of Finance, Accounting and Assurance with a strong track record of success. She has a diverse background, having exposure in various industries including Construction, FMCG, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Hospitality, Plantations, and Healthcare.
Her career journey began at PwC, a renowned professional services firm, where she gained a solid foundation in Auditing and Financial Consulting. One notable aspect of Rajika’s career is her involvement in several ERP system migration projects by leveraging technology to enhance financial operations within organizations.
She holds an MBA from the University of Cardiff Metropolitan and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
