With over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Management industry, Rukshani is a professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She began her career managing key pilot projects for several large BPM companies in the country. In these roles, Rukshani was responsible for setting up pilot operations in Sri Lanka for two large outsourcing clients and transitioning multiple projects in Sri Lanka and India. She has extensive knowledge in setting up and managing operations for global clients in Finance & Accounting outsourcing as well Legal outsourcing.
Rukshani started her BPM career at R R Donelly and moved on to be the first Team Manager of WNS Sri Lanka set up as the first operational employee. She then moved on to Brandix Mercury Asia, which was the BPO arm of Brandix Apparel and was part of the Brandix – Accenture project set up team. She has been with HBSI since 2015.
Rukshani holds an Executive MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accountants. She is also a trained projects manager.
