Shalini is a financial service professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With a deep understanding of the banking sector gained during her time at HSBC in Sri Lanka, Shalini has a wealth of knowledge to offer in transition and transformational consulting projects. In addition to her experience in finance, Shalini is also a certified Project Manager. She has led numerous projects for process improvements, migrations, and transitions for clients in the UK and USA. She has also been involved in business process reengineering (BPR) projects, including Robotic Process Automations having successfully delivered value through her knowledge.
As a member of the Business Consulting Team at WNS, Shalini has led projects for Fortune 500 companies in the USA, UK, and India. In her role at HBSI , she has spearheaded two large projects setting up shared service centers for two leading apparel manufacturers in Sri Lanka. With an MBA from Edith Cowan University in Australia, Shalini brings a plethora of proven skills in project management , customer experience and process improvements and automations.
