Chamani is the Manager – Payroll Services at Hayleys BPO and has been with Hayleys for over thirty (30) years.
She has extensive experience in managing executive and non-executive payroll units, providing end to end payroll services for internal and external clients. Her clientele operates across multiple industries such as shipping and logistics, agriculture, plantations, manufacturing and services. She has hands-on experience in payroll system implementations having handled two implementation projects for HBSI. Chamani also has in-depth knowledge in the regulatory framework for payrolls as well as Advance Personal Income tax framework of Sri Lanka.
