Aushadi is a HR professional with a proven track record of over 13 years in leading and optimizing human resources processes within conglomerates in Sri Lanka. Currently serving as the Manager – Human Resources at Hayleys Business Solutions International Pvt. Ltd (HBSI).

Aushadi embarked on her HR journey with Deloitte, where she honed her skills and understanding of HR dynamics. Her journey continued with John Keells Office Automation (JKOA), a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings. Notably, Aushadi was involved in the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Implementation project during her tenure at JKOA. After joining HBSI, she played a key role in the successful implementation of the Oracle HRIS Project, leveraging her expertise to enhance data management and operational efficiency. At HBSI, Aushadi holds a pivotal role in overseeing key operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, exit management, employee recognition, employee engagement, and employer branding.

She holds a Masters in Labour Relations & HRM, a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations & HRM from the University of Colombo, and a Professional Qualification in HRM from the esteemed Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM).

Joined the Hayleys Group in 1969. Appointed to the Board of Hayleys PLC in 1998 and as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Hayleys PLC in July 2009.

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK). Serves as Honorary Consul of the United Mexican States (Mexico) to Sri Lanka. Council Member of the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon. Member of the Advisory Council of the Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA).

Leadership Excellence Recognition by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Recipient of the ‘Best Shipping Personality’ Award by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Seatrade – Sri Lanka Ports, Trade and Logistics (SLPTL) and the first-ever Sri Lanka Pinnacle Lifetime Award by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Inducted as Legend of Logistics by the Sri Lanka Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association in recognition of services rendered to Sri Lanka’s logistics industry.

Sarath is a member of the Hayleys PLC Executive Director Board and is also the Executive Director of HBSI . He is also responsible for the Strategic Business Development Unit and Group Information Technology of Hayleys PLC. He has rejoined Hayleys in 2007 and has been holding many senior positions in the group since then. He counts for over 30 years of corporate leadership experience. He is a fellow Member of CA Sri Lanka and Member of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia. He holds a MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Sarath also serves on the Boards of Unisyst Engineering PLC, Alumex PLC, Dipped Products PLC, Haycarb PLC, Hayleys Fabric PLC, Hayleys Fibre PLC, Kelani Valley Plantations PLC, Regnis (Lanka) PLC, Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, Singer Industries (Ceylon) PLC, The Kingsbury PLC, Horana Plantations PLC.

With over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Management industry, Rukshani is a professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She began her career managing key pilot projects for several large BPM companies in the country. In these roles, Rukshani was responsible for setting up pilot operations in Sri Lanka for two large outsourcing clients and transitioning multiple projects in Sri Lanka and India. She has extensive knowledge in setting up and managing operations for global clients in Finance & Accounting outsourcing as well Legal outsourcing. 

Rukshani started her BPM career at R R Donelly and moved on to be the first Team Manager of WNS Sri Lanka set up as the first operational employee. She then moved on to Brandix Mercury Asia, which was the BPO arm of Brandix Apparel and was part of the Brandix – Accenture project set up team. She has been with HBSI since 2015.

Rukshani holds an Executive MBA from  the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accountants. She is also a trained projects manager.

Dihan heads the IT infrastructure and information security as an Assistant Manager at HBSI. He ensures the development and implementation of Information security policies, procedures, processes thus creating a comprehensive and secure IT system landscape for the team and our customers.

He has over 11 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure , security and ERP systems having worked in multinational companies in Sri Lanka. He holds a BSC (Hons) in Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology.

Anuradha Dassanayaka is a Human Resources Generalist with over a decade of experience across BPO, Trading and Real Estate sectors. Her diverse industry exposure has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of HR practices, from recruitment, employee engagement, employee upskilling to policy development and performance management.

Anuradha began her career in the trading industry and moved to WNS Sri Lanka, where she gained valuable experience in BPO and managing HR functions in a fast-paced, multinational environment. She later expanded her career into the Real Estate sector, where she has been instrumental in implementing HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Anuradha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her academic background provided her with a strong foundation in organizational behaviour, strategic HRM, labour law, and industrial relations, all of which have supported her success in the workplace.

With a decade of hands-on experience, Anuradha is passionate about building strong HR frameworks, fostering employee development and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.

Worked for Hayleys Group from 1994 to 1998 and rejoined in 2003. IT professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Has worked with several multi-national companies, in Sri Lanka & overseas. Currently a Board Director of Hayleys Business Solutions International (Pvt.) Limited and heads the Hayleys Group IT where he motivates and leads a team of Business Management and IT professionals in developing and deploying IT strategies, technologies and solutions as a business enabler to the Group to leverage competitive edge and stay ahead of the competition. Board member of Sri Lanka SAP User Group, a keynote speaker, a panelist.

Chamani is the Manager – Payroll Services at Hayleys BPO and has been with Hayleys for over thirty (30) years.

She has extensive experience in managing executive and non-executive payroll units, providing end to end payroll services for internal and external clients. Her clientele operates across multiple industries such as shipping and logistics, agriculture, plantations, manufacturing and services. She has hands-on experience in payroll system implementations having handled two implementation projects for HBSI. Chamani also has in-depth knowledge in the regulatory framework for payrolls as well as Advance Personal Income tax framework of Sri Lanka.

Shiromi is the Senior Manager Payroll Services at Hayleys BPO and has been with Hayleys for over thirty (30) years.

She has vast experience in managing executive and non executive payroll units, providing end to end payroll services. Her clientele operates in many industries such as shipping and logistics, agriculture and plantations, manufacturing and services.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
